This one tried, it really did, and I wanted to like it, but in the end, I just found it kind of dull. The sex scenes, barring one or two failures of biology, are well-written - the problem is, once the sex gets going, the pregnant belly is hardly ever mentioned again, and the breasts also get short-changed; the story does nothing to make us see and feel the sexual encounter between a pregnant woman and her lover(s). In other words, the sex might as well be vanilla. To be fair, some of the stories do spend a fair amount of time describing their pregnant stars' bellies before the sex begins, but for me, it wasn't enough.Contrast this with Pregnant Passions, by Jackson Warnell, where a comment on the size and shape of the woman's body is slipped in every few lines during the sex scene; the author doesn't just tell us pregnant women are hot, he makes us /see/ that the female character's expanded curves enhance her beauty and sexiness, and he makes us /fee/ what it is like to have sex with her (and for her to have sex) as a pregnant woman with a delicious bulging belly and heavy breasts to match.
Also, the stories in this collection get a bit repetitive - almost every one that I read hinged on the pregnant woman not being attractive to her mate anymore and thus seeking love elsewhere.
Finally, to anyone wishing to write pregnant erotica themselves (including the author) - see if you can go out and touch a pregnant belly before writing about it. IRL, they are almost NEVER hard, even in late pregnancy. A uterus is not like a water balloon; it doesn't exert pressure on its contents until it is time for labor, so the walls do not get tight with increased volume. Thus, the pregnant belly is firm, but soft, and surprisingly yielding to the touch. That's why pregnant bellies change shape so much depending on whether their owners are standing, sitting, lying face up, or lying on their sides. Just a little tip ;)

A little similarity in some of the stories didn't not take away from an enjoyable read. It wasn't the same problems/issues in each story and I felt that each time the character was well defined and a unique "person" that was having their own special experience.
